Behind seat Speaker box?

Just trying to come up with some ideas on speaker locations for my truck. I dont know if I like the kick panel location or not...the jury is still out! LOL Anyone have pics of a behind or under-the-seat speaker system in your old truck? I gotta have some Bluegrass to tap along with when Im riding in old Blue! The single stock speaker isnt gonna cut it!

Here is what I did, but I moved the tank under the bed.

Re: Behind seat Speaker box?

I just put two 6 X 9 boxes (pre-made from Wally World) under the seat hooked up to an amp. The speakers point at your feet, but with an amp, it's plenty loud enough to hear over the 350. I had to unbolt the seat to slide them under there but it's a nice fit. I don't have pics but can get some.

Re: Behind seat Speaker box?

I made it out of some thin wood I found at home depot. It's screwed in where the tank was bolted. I bent some metal angle braces for the sides and carpeted it. It's pretty easy to do.
