I've been looking for moons too. and beauty rings...used to be able to buy them everywhere. 50 or 60 bucks would set you up. now you can't find them anywhere. I havn't looked on the internet for them. jsut seems wrong to have to mail order somthing so simple

Google "chrome reverse", that will get you started in the right direction.

Re: 6 lug steel wheels & moons
Regardless of where you buy them, go to Summit Racing's website and do a little bit of searching and you will find center caps and trim rings. I'm running Wheel Vintique Rallye wheels, listed as pre-71 truck rallye's. You can get a pix of all of the caps. I'm running hot rod trim rings on my wheels. Would be the right ring for a late 40's Ford, for example. Hey, it's my truck and I like it.

Re: 6 lug steel wheels & moons
They are 6 lug, 15 X 8 with 3 1/2 backspacing and the tires are 275/60/15. I have no idea on the make or where they came from. They came on the truck when I bought it. I ordered new wheels but kept the backspacing close to the same as I like how they aren't tucked in.

Re: 6 lug steel wheels & moons
Gentleman the question was WHERE could he buy the moons, and what wheels would they work on, and the answer obviously is: Subscribe and post a WTB on the parts board (which is where all buying/selling/trading should be done). For info on subscribing click the "support the board" link in my sig.
