I have a clean radio patch panel, but it is non air. If you were interested in cutting out that a/c vent hole. I would let you have it for 15 + shipping. If your interested I'll get you some pics. I know you pointed out A/C but i figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Here are the two that I have. I would be removing any hardward and dash pads to help cut down on the weight. Cost would be $25 plus shipping.
