Some of you who went to PF, Tenn. last weekend may have seen this truck there. I saw it today at a local open house at a tire shop near work. This truck had more one of a kind items on it that were S.S. than any other truck I have ever seen! The neat thing was that the owner did all the work himself! The upper and lower control arms, rear trailing arms, panhard bar, exhaust, battery box, even the pipes going to the heater box and the radiator! so here you go http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/srcjeeper...=/other+trucks

Those trailing arms are awesome IMO, the rest of the stuff is neat too but those arms, and if they are all SS it would be super strength.

nice truck except for that hideous turtle shell of a bed cover or whatever that is on the bed...

The owner of that truck doesn't live to far from me as I see the truck at every local show I go to. It is a nice truck, but I agree the turtle shell needs to go, and add some nice shiny wheels and a slight drop then were talkn'

Easy guys

That bed cover is a Slimline, They are make around Ashville NC. I have a white one that I some times put on my SWB. My truck is blue/white/blue/white and the slimline is white. It looks better than the black on black in the pic. I like mine. It makes a large trunk. Works well to keep things dry on long road trips or hunting,fishing, camping ect. They aren't too heavy, the wife and I can take it off and on easily. It stores well, I have mine leaning against the front wall of my garage, takes about a 1' x 6' space.
They are pricey about $1200 new I think, I got a deal on mine, gave $400 to a good friend who was trading in his 86 chevy truck for a car.

Hey guys, there is a reason he has that cover on there. One is that his tank is mounted up front and the filler neck and door is on the driver side. When you open it up & look inside you dont see the tank, all you see is another front bed panel. Another thing he has done is, on the passenger side, frenched in the antenna through the slim line cover. This guy is a super nice fellow and I hope to get him on the board with us soon. I talked with him for about an hour yesterday. He lives in Greensboro. He tries to attend all the shows around here and no he does not trailer it, but has beat some the of trailer queens at shows. I just love that!! I it were mine, I would "Ryanize" it too.

what bank can a guy rob to get that sorta cash to put in their truck? Anyone ever ask how much it cost to put that much chrome on a truck?.And that engine and battery cover..hmm makes a guy drool heavy..i think i'd have to sleep in the cab to prevent someone from stealing it on me.

Trailer Queen or not, it obviously doesn't get driven a lot.

It is NOT a trailer queen and he only drives it mainly to shows. So no it doesnt get driven alot. He dont have ALOT of money in it because he made all of the S.S. parts himself! Just a boat load of TIME. He did make the battery box as well. Just thought I'd let y'all know.
