I got a good deal on this truck a couple of weeks ago. I thought that was impossible in Canada.

Re: Calling all LWB trucks!! (lets see pics)
If you are patient you can always find the right deal.. Looks like a nice clean rust free truck. Did you get that truck in the Yorkton area? Is that a hood scoop I see on it?

Here is mine, recently purchased and will be delivered next week!!!!!!! It currently has the orig 6-292. If that motor doesn't cut it, I have a 68' 327 with low orig miles waiting in the wings.

Re: Calling all LWB trucks!! (lets see pics)
Wow. what a difference a set of wheels and tires with a little lowering makes. I really like the stock look of your truck cause it ,well, looks right just like I remember them when they were new. Now that I've said that I really love the way your truck looks and sits and I think you made an excellent wheel and tire choice. What are your tire and rim sizes and the drop specs?

Re: Calling all LWB trucks!! (lets see pics)
Here is my 71 C20 Longhorn. It was my daily driver from 2000 to 2005. I drove it from Michigan to California while towing my wife's car and about 1,000 pounds of stuff in the bed. Right now I am repainting it and changed out some stuff. The projects never end.

Re: Calling all LWB trucks!! (lets see pics)
Here is one of my trucks last night fresh out of the paint booth.
Well, I finally got the outsides of the bed done last night and it confirms that I am NOT A BODY REPAIR MAN !!! It looks pretty good for an old truck but there are several dings, etc that I missed. I bet it looks like it is waving at cha when it goes by. At least it looks good in the pictures. Maybe the next one I do will be a little better since this was my first paint, or should I say primer, job. Still gotta do the inside of bed, tailgate, cowl, and bumper fillers which will probably take another 6 months. . . .
