Exclamation truck on ebay

is it just me or does this guy seem insane, he says its almost all rust free, all it needs is a fuel line, and if it is indeed the truck in the picture i think somethin is wrong with this guy. any opinions?????

my guess is the truck in the pic isnt the truck hes selling, and if it only takes $20.00 to get it running.. then he should do it so you could atleast drive the truck. this defently doenst look right....

This is what he sent me: "it's the same make and model and body condition, it's just gold. The picture is not of my truck but of one exactly like it only white, while mine is gold.". Now, why wouldn't he post a picture of the truck he's trying to sell if it isn't a scam?

I would have thought that EBAY rules would require a disclosure statement that the vehicle for sale is not the one shown???
just my .02 cents;
this is what scares me about trying to locate a truck on ebay;
I have seen plenty I would like to bid on but you just don't know if it is that good of a deal as opposed to a member of this board selling something and you feel fairly sure he is a man of his word........

I e-mailed him too, and he said that he just wants something reliable to drive, and he needs money for school and don't need something that needs a whole lot of attention, and he's selling it with low reserve so somebody can get nice deal, so he can get on with his life, mhhh
