Re: New Shoes!!
Those look great. Now do your truck a favor and get it all one color of primer. The wheels and a solid color will make it like a totally different truck...

Re: New Shoes!!
Ok..what kind of shoes are they? They look good. You might say those "Shoes" will give your truck "Soul." Get it..Shoe....Soul?

Here is the pics of my truck with those wheels. Yours should look close to the same when you get them on. Look we even have the same paint job.....

Re: New Shoes!!
Those are good looking rims and I definitely like the look of the 17" rims rather than something similar in a 20+" rim. 17" rims fit our trucks real well IMO.

Re: New Shoes!!
I think you just answered my question of what size rims to go with...the 17's look sharp!!! I agree on them looking much better than 20's would they are just too big.

Re: New Shoes!!
I had a problem... the front wheels are rubbing on the upper control arms, I use the grinder to shave the control arm a bit! but still, maybe 'cause the offset? he was using these wheels on a camaro, so I got 1" 1/4 addapters, seems like I need it to go with 1" 3/4 on the front! Right now Im runnig on stock cutted springs, but Hopefully this coming tuesday I'll get 2" drop spindles and 2"1/2 drop spring from early classic, do you guy think this might solve the problem? o do I still need wider spacers on the front?
Sorry I didn't get any pictures, I was so mad and tired so no pics, 'til tomorrow! |
