Re: Pics from Ky mini meet @ Huck's

When I got up at 5AM this morning I had to resist the urge to slip out of the house and make a run for it. Then wait for my wife to call me when she got up 3 hours later and tell her I was out for a short drive and would see her later. Maybe by next year things will be better. Glad it went well and hope to have another chance to meet you fine folks down the road.

Re: Pics from Ky mini meet @ Huck's

I made a quick stop on my way back to Michigan and it was nice meeting Huck and the guys. Since I was having trouble with my engine, I did not stay and left to limp back home. The truck made it though!

Well you can count me in on next years (if there is one)...I've never been to one of these things and would have loved to gone to this one but my REAL truck is still in the making. Didn't want to show up in my F***.

I agree with Byrd - The Huck's went all out and definitely deserve a thanks. Hosting events like this isn't as easy as they made it out to be. It was awesome meeting everyone. I look forward to seeing everyone again!

Re: Pics from Ky mini meet @ Huck's

I showed up in a FoMoCo car... now granted, it was a cool old 67 Cougar... but, alas, it wasn't mine. I had to fight the dog for the front seat.
Wasn't there a volvo out there, and then there was the VW...
you don't need to drive cool old trucks to go to a meet... it's more important to be there.
As far as Huck's next meet... if history repeats it's self... it'll be in the summer of 2012. Here's a link to the last one http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ad.php?t=20345

Didn't the dog almost win that one too?
