I made this to use in the back of my truck

And now I am not sure if I am going to use it.. It is solid White Oak with an African Mahogany Chevy Botie inlaid in the lid. The box is about 4'L x 28"W x 16"H .. It dose not have finish on it yet. It is not a very good picture, but I can take more when I get it where I want it.. I might put it in my livingroom and use it for a coffee table..

Re: I made this to use in the back of my truck

It would make a great coffe table or a chest at the end of a bed for blankets. It wood be a shame for it to get messed up in the back of a truck. Nice work.

hey fleet, i would keep that at the foot of my bed. that's way too nice to have it get beat to hell in the back of a truck.

Re: I made this to use in the back of my truck

I think your right John... I was going to bolt it into the back of my truck for storage. I don't use the 65 for work but for show and it stays in the garage.
