1/2 bottle of water. (I had to brush my teeth)
Dang, if you drink dew like that all the time, how do you have any teeth left to brush

I don't have room to talk though- I used to be almost as bad. Down to 3-4 cans a day for the last year or so

I bet you will hear that burb running in your sleep for a few nights!

Well, another saga in the life and times of Andy and the 67-72chevytrucks.com board comes to an end.
Now Andy you will need to fly back out here to the Monroe swapmeet this weekend to get the parts to fix up your burb.

Exactly next year someone has to sell him a Blazer from Florida for another epic trip. Hopefully the tires weren't too far out of round and your hands aren't still shaking for the next few days. Glad you made it home safe look forward to the tale and the pics

Re: Longhorn Mans Western Tour 2007

It's not the destination...It's the journey! And you just had one heck of a journey. Nothing can replace the memories and the enjoyment you got from this trip. I'll bet at some point, after you rest, you will have wished that it could have lasted longer. It's the little extra things like helping the guy with the '36 at the rest stop. I'm sure we all admire your committment to making that burb purchase come true. It was fun for me to participate vicariously and for others in any small way they could. I just wish I was there to help out in Monroe.

The Longhorn Man is now a true ROAD WARRIOR after this epic journey!

13 mpg with a big block burby loaded to the gills...outstanding! Have you now become ONE with the burby...Grasshopper?

Pics and details when you get rested Andy...I was wondering what gear ratio and speeds you ran, beause 10-13 mpg in a loaded down big block burb sounds pretty good to me. Welcome home and thanks for letting the board be a part of it!!

Re: Longhorn Mans Western Tour 2007

Ok...I want to know when the welcome home party is going to be? Kind of like a wedding shower. We can all take gifts? I''ll buy the first case of the Dew....Ok lets all take a bet to see how long Andy will sleep before he gets up. He has got to be one tired puppy and he deserves a lot of sleep and rest. As a matter of fact I wonder when was the last time when his Burb was driven like that? Andy has done what many of us dream about... but Andy put ino action is dream. What an adventure!! What kinship. What support. What a family. Like toomanytoyz said....now what? Who's taking the next trip?
