look at what happends to chevys in MN
the floors are pretty bad in Frankenstein (that is what i call it...u-g-l-y). I got some 16 GA galv metal to rivet over the floors to keep you from falling out.
Eric, still think it aint soo bad? -Jeff BTW - the carpeting is covering most of the holes. |

Jeff, you havent seen anythign yet! we jsut replaced cab floors in my grandpa's K20 about 2 mos ago... took full floor pans, inner and outer rockers, full cab corners, cab mounts, cab mount braces, and there was STILL some stuff that had to be fabbed up. the only thing holding that cab upright was the front sheetmetal. i gave him the bed off of my C10 because we knew his was bad. what we didnt know is when we too the steel cable (that was run between the bedsides ate the tailgate) off, and took the bedliner out that it was going to fall off in 4 pieces... Jeff, i'd say you still got a pretty colid truck there.

Hey Mike there is a big market here in Ontrio Canada for what they call southern cabs usually $1000, Southern Boxes $700 to about $900 doors fenders hoods run around $75 to $100 plus bumpers etc, etc. some totaly rust free some not.
Some guys take orders for whatever you want and pick it up on their next trip. I don't think there is any duty to pay on the parts as most are considered Antique. It could actually be a profitable way to see the USA in your Chevrolet.

our pick-n-pull yards are full of good 73-87 sheetmetal if there was only some way to get it back there.
