Good solid project. Portland 1969gmc lwb
Ive listed this before and didnt really want to get rid of it but now its gotta go.
Its a 1969 lwb gmc 2500. Has a good 350 that just needs the carb and battery hooked up then should run good. 350 tranny shifted fine. The cab needs rocker panels to be super solid. Bed floor is rusty. Original bb th400 truck and still has bb towers. Radio delete truck. Dana rear, 2 extra wheels and tires, has aux tanks. It was my parts ***** so its missing a few little things. Anybody interested in this?? Id take 500.00 for everything or 250.00 minus motor Wouldnt take much to get it going seems too nice to pull the motor and scrap and unfortunately thats what I am going to do if it doesnt go soon.

Re: Good solid project. Portland 1969gmc lwb
Rickstrucks:belowthe best pics I have right now. I can do better this weekend.
Luvlegs- I wont be parting it I need the room fast. Pickmup-The passenger side front fender, inner fender, has rust up front.. so I suspect the bottom of the core support under the battery has a spot of rust too (where the innerfender bolts up). The grill needs the passenger side trim pc replaced and would look new. Doors are good. I see your a vendor, if interested theres a list of stuff I need for my swb and other chevs that we could work in trades.. If interested I could pm you the items Im looking for.

Re: Good solid project. Portland 1969gmc lwb
I will buy it...IF it comes with both sets of seats shown in the pics: green buckets & red bench.
It is a long trip, but I will take the time & $$$ to come right down & get it out of your way. |

Good one frank , didn't you realize this thing is less then 10 minutes away from me and would have been in my stash of goodies four or five months ago if them buckets were included in the deal. Good luck on the sale of your truck eric and if you get a chance give me a ring sometime tomorrow. Mel

Re: Good solid project. Portland 1969gmc lwb
Classic Bowties-Mel,
Not sure how you got in on this deal-between the two of us-but, I don't think you are in a position to say what he has for sale...or not. I am trying to clarify what he has offered and shown pics of. He said everything goes, so I am trying to buy. Please don't try to get in and "kill" my offers/buying actions just because you may have wanted them, or you live closer, or you know him. Now, let's just see if he wants to sell this, as shown...unless, you were just sending him some kind of code to sell it to you instead? Thanks, Frank |
