I have an older DNE2 (Doug Nash Engineering) auxillary overdrive with the adapter for the TH400. It is the unit that US Gear purchased and currently markets as the "Dual Range" with some changes made.
Functions like an electric shift 2 speed rear end (for those who have driven bigger trucks), uses the same Eaton electric motor as the big boys to shift between direct drive of 1:1 and overdrive of 0.78:1 I have all the electrics and manuals as well. $1200 plus shipping via DHL from 55902, about 40% of what a new one costs.

Give me a call, I may have a way of getting you a little bit better of a deal on a new GV Overdrive. Those things are expensive.
