What's it worth?

First of all... I am using this axle, and there is no tellin when I'll pull it out.
All attempts to buy or reserve will go unanswered.

What is a 72, 3/4 ton, 2 wheel drive, dana rear, with a locker, and 3.54 gears worth? As a complete assembly, drum to drum... brakes in useable (uninspected) condition.

Re: What's it worth?

So, uhh, do you want to sell the axle? I don't know, but here's a bump for ya.

Re: What's it worth?

I'd guess a D60 with a locker would be worth $200ish. They aren't super common these days.

Re: What's it worth?

I`d say because of the locker,$200.They aren`t sought after with all the 14-bolts around since`73 and proven better axle. But,the locker would be of use to a guy with a Dana60.I sold one (leaf) this summer for $100.
That being said...I`d be interested, possibly.I think I still have a coil Dana60,but if not,I`m considering building a Dana60 for my `67 GMC project since the 12-bolt needs a ring & pinion anyway.

Re: What's it worth?

winter driving is one reason, and it's worth more in cash than it is important to me to have.
