NP205 Adapter Info Needed

First off, we're talking about a '72 with the NP205 transfer case and a turbo 350 trans. Since my trans to transfer case adapter is cracked, I either need to get it welded (tough call on cast iron but can be done) or find a replacement.

So, I'm looking for one in the usual places (ebay and this forum..) but I am curious if it is the same adapter used for any of the other transmissions - such as TH400, SM465, etc.

Thanks

Re: NP205 Adapter Info Needed

The TH350/NP205 adapter is only interchangeable with other TH350/NP205 adapters,I believe.I don't think TH400,or SM465s have the right one.Finding the TH350/NP205 adapter will be kinda hard since they were only used a few years.Sometimes on the parts board they show up for $150 or so.Subscribe, and post a WTB for one and you can probably get one quick. If not you'll just have to wait for one to pop up.

Kind of what I thought. I'll be taking it out Saturday and then I'll be able to verify what I need.
