Re: Nice looking camper on CL in Dallas

Uh ohhhh......... I remember looking @ that the other day (it was in another thread somewhere on this site). I saw this post & looked @ it again (cause I get 'wood' over the thought of a lowered 67~72 dually) & thought that phone # sure does look familiar.

I have a long time car buddy whose name happens to be Peter so I looked up his number on my cell. Sure enough, it's my buddy that has it listed. Funny thing is I just called & talked w/him briefly last night to offer some suggestions on his wheel BSing for his new to him 72 2wd-conversion Blazer. I guess I'll give him another call to get the 411.

I have my lil' short-fleet doing my trailer work but I sure wouldn't mind an early model dually. I might need to keep it an RV though if my GF finds out I'm even considering it.......

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
