I smoked a turkey last year in my refrigismoker. I made a smoker out of an old refrigerator. I will share something with you, my smokin' friend. Try smokin eggs one time. They make killer deviled eggs, or egg salad. Try it youll like it. Later, Rich

Re: Happy Trucksgiving

Happy Belated Thanksgiving everyone. I hope that everyone enjoyed the time with their family, and ate way to much.

That sounds great my friend. I will do that this weekend with my smoked brisket. Thanks

Re: Happy Trucksgiving

How do you smoke a turkey ...... Isn't it hard to keep 'em lit ???

And which end do you puff on ???

(Sorry - somebody hit me with these once, so I thought I ought to pass 'em on)
