Re: Stuff F/S

I want to get in line for the alternator.
Is it externally regulated?
Also you mention its not for use with HEI.
Why is that?
I'm running my stock alt with HEI.

Thanks.

I'm still intrested in the alternators.
Can you send me pics of the chrome one too?
Also pics of the electrical connections.
How many miles on each?

Thanks,

Denny

I have 2 alternators f/s one is the remanned (NAPA)I have receipt and has warranty and the other is chrome identical to the Napa and is in very good working order and it looks prettier. 396muncie has first crack but i believe he was more interested in the NAPA alt but will include pics of both anyway. PM me an email address and will send the flicks I would do it on her but they have size restrictions and am not real versed on reducing sizes and all that. Thanks, shootfirst

Re: Stuff F/S

Shootfirst,
I'll take one of the alternators.
I prefer the napa reman unit if 396muncie passes.
If 396muncie takes that one then I'll take the chrome one.
Let me know the status and how you would like to be paid.
I will PM you my address.

Denny

Will be sending you pics of the chrome one soon, Napa alternator was only used during cam breakin period about 20 minutes then switched over to HEI and replaced with internally regulatd one. Chrome one was removed from my 66 Impala before rebuild, was in car when purchased ,which had been sitting for 13 yrs, I had it tested at NAPA and tested as good as a new one, My guess is it was bought new shortly before car was stored for whatever reason I am still waiting for 396muncies decision, will let you know. Thanks
