Not quite sure about the emblems (well, none you'd want to hear anyway! ), but you have a damn nice truck there!

yeah, there is i think 2 bolts on yours, there were 4 on each side of the 67. i think its like a 1/4" nut or somethin, guys have said that you need to do it without an inner fender, you cant acess those nuts on the inside of the fender unless you remove your inner fender...which leads me to a question, after you paint your truck how do you put new badges on without having to take your front clip apart????

68's are even harder to get off and on again. I went down to the hardware store and picked up some clips like the one used on the trim piece around the tailgate latch. You know, the tube type spring clips that plop into the holes . I got 4 for each side and then just pushed the trim pieces into place. They are very solidly retained but can still be removed ( slowly and with some dificulty ) without taking the ineer fender wells out.

I got mine off be taping a wrench to a paint paddle and a lot of &%^@#*$. To install I purchased some what I call capture inserts that push in and lock in the holes. Then the emblem posts just snap into these. They can be bought at nut & bolt supply house. (come in different sizes) Also I put a small washer on the post so that the emblem sits off the surface of the fender the thickness of the washer. ( no dirt build up behind it)
