I'm gonna try it... I need ideas

I watched the show muscle car today and they made a set of custom fender flairs out of fiberglass. I really want to try to make something for my 68 that no one else has so what would be something i could try to make for my truck. I have a little experience with using fiberglass so it wont be completely new but i've never made an actual part. I was thinking maybe a smooth cover for my front bumper that doesnt have a place for the license plate or anything. Lets see what you guys can come up with for an idea. Thanks in advance.

A custom center console would be trick.I think some here have done it so you might get pointers that would be helpful.

I caught the show as well, it's amazing what floral foam can accomplish...

I would stick to the interior mods, such as kick panels, custom console, or a custom stereo enclosure behind the seat. You could possible do a custom fiberglass grille of some type. I like the original grilles, but that would be different.

When you do decide on a project, be sure to post pics of your progress.

Just a thought....

Maybe you could be the first to create a fiberglass replacement SWB bedside....
