carrier bearing removal Help Please

Hi Everybody, I hope everyone had a good christmas. How do you guys remove your carrier bearings in a chevy 12 bolt? I got one off with a 3-armed puller. It came right off, kinda felt too easy. The second one is being a turd. I have the bearing all tore up and all that is left is the sleeve that slides onto the carrier. I also need the torque specs for the ring gearand diff cover. Thanks, Rich
