AC Conversion
What is involved in putting an AC dash in?Do I need the under dash wire harness and the flapper in the cowl area does any thing need done to the fire wall or do they match up allso?ANY advice or links 2 what is involved is much appreciated.

I did one a few years back. You will need the comp. wiring and the underdash wiring. Will have the add a piece to the firewall from a a/c truck. The flap in the cowl and the flap in the pass. kick panel vent. and the 3 dash vents. The upside is there a dimples on the firewall and kick panel marking where the flaps brackets ect. mount.

A/C
I also am either interested in doing a conversion, or finding a clean A/C cab if there is more cost and hassle converting.
