im getting pretty frustrated.. put drivers floor pan in as well as outter cab part that includes the inner rocker.. my problem is now the aftermarket front cab support is about 3/4 of an inch from the floor pan.. How do i weld that up?
did i do something wrong, or is it the support?

are you talking about the cab support that welds to the frame that the cab bushings go onto and the cab floor sits on the bushings?

eb.. sorry i dont have pics at the moment, truck is at a friends house.. I watched your videos, you make it look so easy like everything just fits up there perfect. here is what i have to put in.. driver floor pan, outter cab piece (has inner rocker and few inches of floor), kick plate, a pillar, b pliiar, rocker, and cab corner..
First i cut everything out, i put the floor pan in first, welded it in at teh floor seam at front of floor, along rise in trans hump, and along teh rise in the seat brace.
next, ( ang this is where i think my trouble is) I put the outter cab on..
i cut teh inner rocker off teh floor pan and fit teh outter cab up.. found that teh piece is too short, the door hits in teh curve of teh outter floor so i legnthened it 3/4"
