Will 73 Blazer steering work?

Will a 73 blazer power steering box and column fit into a 69 GMC 3/4 ton?

Re: Will 73 Blazer steering work?

The steering box is a direct swap but the column would need installation work as it is larger and bolts up differently. The column would also look out of place since it will have the ignition switch in it.

Just remember that you can't interchange them 2wd to 4wd.

Mine wasn't. It bolted up and fit just fine, but my '69 didn't have an adjustable drag link, so I could turn really really sharp to the right, but it would take 40 acres when I'd turn to the left.
