Converting to automatic from 3 speed help

What all do i need to install a turbo 350 in my truck here is what i allready have or am going to get.
1) Trans (HAVE)
2) Trans cooler from work (KRAGENS)
3) Trans cooler lines from work (KRAGENS)
4) flexplate from work (KRAGENS)
5) Torque converter (HAVE)
6) Hurst pistol grip shifter (HAVE)
7) trans cross member (THE TRUCK SHOP)

Shifter, Yoke for the drive shaft, correct lenght drive shaft.

If you use a "short tail shaft" 350 turbo transmission, the driveshaft you have will work. The 3 speed yoke will also work in the turbo 350.

you will need a column, and the linkage from the column to the tranny. i got mine from uncle. well i got the linkage from uncle

Not always.My 3 spd had a 10 spline yoke and I had to buy a 27 spline yoke.Just need to install it

No need for a column if he is converting to floor shifter

he said he had a floor shifter. He can just cap over the column shifter. Sounds like you have it covered. Is the starter the same? just wondering.

the starter is different. 3 speed the starter bolts to the bell housing, th350 the starter bolts to the engine block. dont forget trans mount, dipstick tube, kickdown cable, fluid, and converter to flexplate bolts. good luck.
