Front Fender

Hey fellers the bottoms of both of my front fenders need repalcing.My question is would yall replace thw whole fender or put new bottoms in them.Thanks

if you can weld, or has a buddy who does... it'd probably be cheaper to patch
If you are paying a shop 75 bucks an hr... you might be better off replacing... talk to the body guy for his opinion.

One of mine I'm thinking of patching. The other (passenger side) where the battery is has a lot of rust but also was banged up on the top. If I can't salvage it by body work and minimum bondo, I may replace it.

I think the repops run about 2 hours labor at the body shop if they haven't gone up too much with the price of steel.I would think replacing them would be cheaper but you may have more $$ in panel alignment.
