How about putting 8 superchargers on it, one for each cylinder. That will get those wheels a spinning.

We all like to think that what we are building is "unique" and our own ideas. But in reality what we are building probably has been done 1000 times already. I am not saying just copy something someone else's idea. But it might point you in a direction. Even stir some of your own ideas up.
