1972 Silver Book

This was an options book for Chevy truck dealers. Includes special bodies & equipment for large trucks, buses, vans, suburbans, pickups, blazers etc. Lots of interesting ads. Book is in excellent condition. 172 pages.
$65 shipped. pp or m.o.
By the way, has anyone ever seen one of those DST van conversions or been in one of those suburban paddy wagon conversions?

Re: 1972 Silver Book

Would either of you mind looking and seeing if there is a mention in the Suburban section for "heavy duty" buckets? Trying to figure out what originally came in my Sub...thanks!

Re: 1972 Silver Book

Chevy454, it probably came with the utility buckets, see pics, these came in both 67-70 panel trucks I had, and also in suburbans, the option # in pic is from truck data book, check that option # against yours.
Tim, Would it be easier if I sent you my listings first, then you could list whatever you don't want for me? By the way, I'm getting ready to list '69, '70 '71, '72, '76 Chevy dealer truck data books. Heres a picture of that '72 jimmy also.

Re: 1972 Silver Book

One last question, did the GMC trucks share the same option codes on the decal as Chevy, or did GMC produce their own internal codes?
