loud squeaking sounds!
took angie home tonight after superbowl. my truck started squeaking badly from the front end, even worse when i slowed down. so i pulled into a parking lot to see what the problem was. there was nothing loose that i could see on the front end stuff, so i checked the back, again nothing loose, lug nuts not loose either, everything is like it should be
so we go back to her apartments and it still squeaks all the way there. its not a loud squeak, but its not the normal old suspension and steering parts squeak that my trucks had forever, and it got worse when i slowed down and even worse when i started just creeping forward, but it did stop once i was completly stopped. i checked my brake lines and fluid at her place, no problem. so i go home after dropping her off and it still squeaks, just not as bad. i did however pick up an annoying stutter every now and then. it felt like the truck was running on just fumes and it was trying to cut out and then it got back to normal. when i got home finally at 10:30 i had my dad and me go drive it. he drove to see if he could tell anything wrong with it. it didnt squeak once, and he said the cutting out feeling was just a miss and it wasnt that bad, although i think differently since it hasnt done it before. |

Think it could be the indicator for your brakes?
