I'd love to own that truck it looks great. Although I'm sure the pros will pick it apart like nothing.

Very nice. Love to have a truck like that. It'll be interesting to see what it goes for.

Re: Pretty Sweet Truck on Ebay...
Is it just me or is the track width different front to rear? Or maybe different rim widths?

It looks like it is, it looks like a little more than different rim width's. It looks more like there is a full width in the front and a stock in the rear.

Re: Pretty Sweet Truck on Ebay...
5g's for a brand new truck....wish i was around back then and had today's cash
FYI, 4wd's are narrower in the back. That way you don't run through your own tracks when you get stuck in the mud. It helps prevent getting stuck. We had to load my green 4wd backwards on the trailer because we couldn't get the front tires to fit between the fenders of the trailer Justin

Re: Pretty Sweet Truck on Ebay...
That's probably one of the best documented swb 4x4s that I've seen. I'll be shocked if it sells. I know if it was mine I would have a high opinion of what I thought it was worth.
I've also read the track width was different front to back so the 4x4s would turn better. (who knows!!) |

Re: Pretty Sweet Truck on Ebay...
Beautiful truck!!
ALL K-models have a wider track up front than out back. The frames taper in the rear and axle mounting saddles are located closer to center than on C-models.It`s the same on all solid axle 4wds.

Looks like a great truck. Having all that paperwork may make the difference in it selling. I'll be watching to see how high it goes.

Re: Pretty Sweet Truck on Ebay...
Me too,Jerry.I have a thing for a highly optioned three pedal ride. Those are rides that are ordered by a guy that knows what he wants.
I can`t stand this site anymore.First I fall in love with a Hooters girl from Kentucky. Now,I`m in love with a truck that matches her shorts. What next?My dream home with an orange grove?I hope not!I`m feeling too emotional already.XOXO (no,not for you)
