another drum brake question
Are drum brakes on the FRONT of a '68 3/4 ton 4x4, basically the same as the drum brakes on the FRONT of a '68 2wd 3/4 ton?

No. The K20 is 12x2. The C20 is 11 5/32 X2 3/4.
