He claims it is a new take off, but the green paint on the latches makes me wonder

Not 100% on this, but I was thinking the gates were painted AFTER the hinges and latches were attached.

At first glance I thought it was going to be for the nos radio delete that was green; it was found in the back room of a dealer that was going out of business. The delete was all scratched up, and rusted badly on the back. The guy was totaly out of his mind. Anyone else see that?
