trailing arms are they all the same long short bed??

Okay so I need trailing arms.. I have a SWB and i am curious if the long bed ones are the same? I am going to look at some long beds that are being parted out and I am curious if they are the same as the SWB.. thanks in advance.

If I remember right, yes they are the same size. Someone will chime in to confirm this.

They're the same length. The differences would be for 3/4 ton trucks as they had reinforced trailing arms (ECE sells a reinforcement kit that does the same thing).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Re: trailing arms are they all the same long short bed??

I believe they are different lengths. The difference in long and short is 20".The front is 10"shorter and also 10" in the rear. Unless they move the main crossmember 10" rearward, the arms have to be longer. 10" or so.Chime in and let me know if I'm right or not.

Short and long bed should be the same. I would guess a burb would be the same also, but not positive on that one.

The arms are the same length; the crossmember is in a different location (should be 12" rear of where a swb is located).
