Re: What color should I go with???

why not do two colors? BLACK AND ORANGE

Do the paint like the HRT on Trucks and follow the body line that runs near the top of the bed to the front of the truck.

I'm sure someone can photoshop it real quick. That would look sweet.

Re: What color should I go with???

I like the lighter of the two blues pictured above. A few paint jobs ago my K5 was the factory light blue and I really like it (can see it under some peeled areas)

I've always liked how red looks on a big truck. You can't go wrong with the Hugger Orange either. In fact, I'm leaning towards a silver/hugger orange 2 tone when mine gets repainted in a couple of years.

Re: What color should I go with???

Orange would look good! I really like black or blue too, but they're not good if you're gonna actually use it as a 4wd as scratches will really show up

Re: What color should I go with???

When I paint mine it will be Hugger Orange with the white top. I think you should go with red or orange.

Re: What color should I go with???

I would go with blue, medium or dark, with a Black top. Sorry, don't have any pics of that.

Re: What color should I go with???

My brother just bought a Honda CRV and I love the color. It's green tea metallic. In real life it reminds me of a 70's metallic olive.

Re: What color should I go with???

Well it looks like it'll end up with what ever color I can afford. Got it back from the sandblaster man today and it was a bit more costly than I thought.

Re: What color should I go with???

I was watching some truck/car tv show this weekend and one of the hosts mentioned a PPG industrial paint that he was very impressed with and I think the price was $70 for a gallon including the other required activator(s). They had a fair color selection, nothing wild. It would have been Gears or one of the Spike shows. Pretty hard to beat that price especially for a PPG product!
