Does anyone make a Moonvisor for our trucks?

I heard Lund use to make one for our trucks but now only makes the sunvisor version. Does anyone here happen to have one of these moonvisors or know for sure if they ever really existed? I think I'm still going to have to make mine unless I can find one somewhere.

I know somone is going to ask or be posting picture of the sunvisor.

Moonvisor= lights
Sunvisor= No Lights
