Unfortunately, not at the price I was selling them for. I've been spending hours from start to finish on each one to get a quality polished finish and I underestimated the cost of materials.

If you guys really want a polished one I could come up with a new price, I just didn't want to piss people off by raising the price, so it was easier to stop polishing them.

They would be ready by the first of next week. Unpolished are $63 a piece plus $7 for shipping ($5 for the first, $2 for the second). If you want to pay by paypal add $4 for paypal fees, or you can send me a check or money order by mail. Let me know when you decide.

Thanks

I'm waiting on an unpolished one. So, how's that stand at this time?

I shipped out the first 3 today, you are number 9 on the list. I'm trying to crank out one a night, but I'm going to try and get caught up on Saturday.

Would it be possible to post a list of people in "payment order" to give us an idea where we are in the shipping pecking order?

Re: Billet Radio Plate for cut dash...opinions?

I finished up a couple more today and I'm hoping to finish a couple more tomorrow. I'll ship them out on Monday. I'll try and post a list of the purchase order and which ones have been shipped. I've been PM'ing each person as I ship them.

Re: Billet Radio Plate for cut dash...opinions?

I just received my polished Billet radio plate and it is a beautiful piece.

It came with a mounting template, polishing cloth and instructions.

This was by far one of the best bargains that I have purchased in years of restoring cars, boats etc.

Thanks Mahanian !!!!!!!!!

Re: Billet Radio Plate for cut dash...opinions?

mahanian, Not sure if this has been answered yet, But how much space is in between the head unit trim ring and the radio plate? (in terms of loose leaf paper thickness or somthing). I would be adding a layer of carbon fiber to mine. (1 layer of light, plus heavy clear for ultimate shine, Appox 5 sheets thick).

There would be room on the sides but not the top and bottom. There is about 15 thousandths of clearance on the top and bottom. The cutout is 2-5/16" and aftermarket radio trim rings are 2-1/4"

Re: Billet Radio Plate for cut dash...opinions?

I may offer polished again at a slightly higher price to offset the costs and time. Would an extra $8 cause too much heartburn?

So, polished would be $85 and unpolished is still $63...
