Post Ignition systems

What does the board think of Accel ignition systems? Do they compare to MSD at all?

MSD is the way to go. If you have an HEI, use their coil, module, and cap. If you have points, use their 6A ignition and Blaster coil. Don't forget the plug wires. I get the MSD 8mm Heli-core universal set and cut them to fit. They even include a terminal crimp tool and great instructions. Also, their telephone support is second to none. By the way, make sure your mechanical and vacuum advance are functioning properly.

If you want to keep the original look and have a good HEI system here is another option. www.davessmallbodyheis.com/
I personally haven't used one of these, but I've been told the guy is very good.
