67-72 8" Superlift springs - SOLD

SOLD

8" Superlift springs for a 1967 - 1972 for a GM truck, K5, or Jimmy. 44" fronts and 52" rears. No real mileage on them and never off-roaded. A few bushings are missing from moving the springs around the shop. They still have the pinion shims attached. New price $350. Buyer pays for shipping. Thanks!

Only the spring packs are for sale. I'm using the steering correction and ubolts on my rig still.

Re: 67-72 8" Superlift springs

How is the ride with these springs? I am sure they are pretty stiff but how bad?

The ride was stiff. But a little hard to gauge. The truck had 40" tires with the springs and really poor dual shocks on all four corners. I brought the truck down to 6" of spring lift with 35" tires.

Re: 67-72 8" Superlift springs

Were your 40" tires bias ply or radials? I'm just trying to get an idea how rough of a ride it would be. I wouldn't want to be fighting it just trying to keep it on the road. Any idea what the cheapest shipping would be? UPS and DHL seem pretty spendy, I don't know if it would be cheaper to package all 4 springs in a crate and ship freight? How firm is the price?
