Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
If I had the $$$ I'd be driving that shorty 4x4 already!
Sorry you need to "thin the heard" but I can understand. I'm up to 5 vehicles + boat myself and it's a lot of work to keep up with them all.

Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
I have between 25 and 30 motorized vehicles between my business and personal that I have to keep up with and my interests have changed a little. They will be replaced with other vintage or classic automobiles. I really only want to get rid of one but I figured I would just put them all up to show what could be available.

Great looking short fleet. I would love to have a truck like that someday. If only you were closer to nebraska. Good luck.

Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
Does the 1988 Blazer have the G80 locking differential, engine oil cooler or electric trailer brake wiring? I was planning on restoring my 1985 Blazer with 230,000 original owner miles (me), but yours would put me further ahead, dollar for dollar.
Nice trucks, BTW. Thanks |

Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
The code will be listed on the sticker in the glove box as an option. Both the differential and engine oil cooler will show up if factory installed. The governor-lock differential is G80, I don't recall the oil cooler code, but could check. The gov-lock differential acts like an open differential, unless one tire rotation exceeds the other tire rotation by 50 rpm (I think), so jacking up the rear end and rotating one wheel won't tell you anything; one will turn one way and the other will turn the opposite, just like a plain differential.
Thanks in advance for checking. |

Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
Yes sir I know, at the time I really needed money, I may PM
you some questions tonight. If I had a good DD I could sell off my F-150 and kill 2 birds with one big swooping trade

Re: Thinning the heard.......see anything you have to have?
Ok folks...........all the above vehicles have made it to the "for sale" section along with one more. I am really only looking to sell/trade 1...possibly 2 so after that all the ads will probably be pulled. I really want to change it up a bit so prices are negotable and I will look at any type of trade that isnt a project. 67-72 short fleet 2x4 (ps, pb) or 2x4 Blazer is on top of the list but show me what you have. I dont mind throwing in some $$$ if what you have is worth more than my trade vehicle.
