Does anyone know what color this Blazer is ?
I kinda like the color and might do something similer on mine. Any help will be appreciated. thanks

Medium Bronze is the color name. That is what the factory color was on my Jimmy.

Looks like the color I put on mine. Ordered mine in bronze, and when that paint died, DuPont had just came out with Imron, a polyurethane emanel. They used to call it the wet look. Went to DuPont and picked a stock color from the Imron chart that was the closes to original color. That was 30 some years ago. If it's Imron, lighting will make it look darker & lighter. It was also loaded with metalic. This is picture of mine, dirty as usual.

Thanks Jack. That would have been in the late 70's probably about 78 or 79. Good friend of mine had and still has a 65 Dodge. We use to back them together when camping to get shade in the middle. Gets mighty hot at lake Meade in the summer.

Dupont has a couple colors I was considering. They are in their Hot Hues line.
One is "Blazing Copper" 741510, that would tie in for obvious reasons. The other is called "Raisin' Cane", but it's not listed on the web site. I have a swatch from my local paint store. It may be a little too radical, tons of fleck. Has anyone seen an first gen painted Sunset Orange Metallic?
