454 in a 1988 suburban-front diff bumper
Hi,
I'm putting a 454 in a 88 3/4 ton suburban. It had a 350 in it. There is a bracket with a round rubber bumper attached to it near the shock mount. Does anyone know it this bracket will clear the exhaust manifold? It will be a major pain to remove during the installation of the engine. Thanks, Tom |

I've got a perfect picture of it, but I can't download it since it is to large. I'll keep trying to download it. I painted the frame last night, so the bracket has been removed. It's a bolt on bracket. I think it'll hit the BB manifold hard. Not much room in that area. Tom

Keep trying, you may have to down size the pic and make sure it is a jpeg.
