Air Horn W/Pic's?
I am thinking about installing an air horn in my 72 Chev and wanted to know if anyone has done this and how the install went. What kind do you have?
Thanks! J.J. Last edited by JJA1976; 08-25-2008 at 10:57 AM. |

Re: Air Horn W/Pic's?
i had a 4 trumpet train horn, still do but the cheap compressor/tank combo that came with it stopped holding air. i don't drive it enough to feel like fixing it. everyone loves it and i love scaring people with it. however it only worked when my truck had a quiet exhaust or when parked, otherwise the no muffler-ness kinda drew away from the loud horn.

I have one installed. Right now it is under the hood untile I move the exhaust then I'm moving it under the bed. I would go with Siege Engineering they also sell on Ebay and have good customer service. I had a small leak in my solenoid and they replaced it with no problems.
