4 x 4 Sway Bar-will it work?

Anybody know if I could use a 1.25" sway bar off of a 89 K5 (73-87 style) 4 x 4 Blazer on my 2wd 72 C10?

I have one on my`72 K2500 from a later 4wd.You need to bolt a "c" channel between frame rails for a crossmember to bolt the center mounts to.

I think he is asking if the 4x4 bar will work on a 2x4 truck. It won't work, it is too narrow and shaped wrong. WES

Re: 4 x 4 Sway Bar-will it work?

It also connects to the leaf spring plates, which a 2WD doesn't have...

Yep that is what I was wondering- it looked that way, but I didn't have a 2wd truck around to look at.
Thanx for the replies
