Ball Joints
I just bought a set of Drop Spindles (McGaughy's) for my 68. When I ordered them I got them to take the 68 balljoints. I could probably still exchange them. Should I have ordered them to accept the 71-72 balljoints? Just wondering if using the 71-72 balljoints would be better.

Re: Ball Joints
I would just roll with it myself.

Re: Ball Joints
Thanks. Just wondering if the 71-72 were that much better that I needed to use a different spindle.

Re: Ball Joints
You know, after thinking about it, I may be wrong. If you're going to disc brakes, I think you're supposed to use the 71/72 ball joints b/c of the longer shaft on the lowers. I think I read that somewhere on here.
Sorry, maybe someone w/better knowledge of these things will help out. Maybe I should have just given u a bump instead of trying to help.
