4 core rad question....
How much coolant fluid does a 4 core rad hold? In litres please. is it safe to keep just water in mine until i get my truck drivable? i've got the motor started but i don't drive the truck yet. I don't want to have to drain coolant if i don't have to. Know what i mean?

Can't answer the first question...but if it gets below 32 degrees...or zero for you guyd in metric land, then I'd drain it A.S.A.P. Froxen water does nasty things to a $4000 lump of iron.

Two problems with straight water. First is freezing, second is corrosion. Your engine's water jacket will rust, the water pump will rust, and the radiator and heater core will corrode. Put two gallons of antifreeze in, and when you have to drain the coolant later you can capture and re-use it.
