Retrosound stereo
I installed a retrosound stereo in a 71 Blazer last weekend. The hardest part was setting the distance between the shafts. It sure is not hard, and the sound quality is great!! This Blazer has an uncut dash, and I have installed kickpanel speakers in it before the Retrosound install. The owner is wanting to add a couple of rear speakers, and a sub, which the unit is capable of handling with amp/amps. before I get fussed at, I will take a couple of pics tomorrow night, and post. The truck is at my shop, and will be back at my house tomorrow night. good money spent, and would do it again. The negative is that the shafts stick a bit farther out than the OE AM radio

Re: Retrosound stereo
Been thinking about this head unit for my truck, but I wish the USB port wasn't Mini-B. It'd be cool to just be able to stick a thumb drive right in it and go.
. . . . or can thumb drives now be had with a Mini-B port? |
