Re: What Should I Do........
I don't have lots of free time but I am in no hurry either. The worst part on the truck is the cab & wood bed. The rest of the sheet metal looks ok, maybe just some patch work here & there. Where is a good place to look for a donor cab?

Re: What Should I Do........
Thanks every one!!! I would love to chop this truck into a short bed but one thing at a time first. A cab is high on my list. A/C is a must but I can do with out it for a while. I just fixed my A/C in my Mustang & I wish I would have done it sooner.

Re: What Should I Do........
Your Project is in better condtion than mine, you just need to take your time. Luckly looks like you take a liking to your stang so you'll have a daily, Id suggest a complete rebuild; in my opinion, the best way to find those 'glitches' that may be needing repair. Save the customizing for last, no need to get her looking all nice come to find out she wont run worth a hoot or safely. Looks like a good project, keep us posted

Re: What Should I Do........
Thanks! My stang is going to be my street/strip car. I plan on installing a Vortech supercharger on it after X-Mas. The truck will be more of a street truck & my daily will be a beat-up 99 cougar with a/c. HaHa... My fiance has a Infiniti G35 Coupe that I also get to drive when she let's me.

Re: What Should I Do........
there doesn't look to be much holding your bed down. and your cab looks like it might leak a little but nothing that would keep me from blowin the box off. really cool website alot more work and money for the fiberglass but i think it would be worth it

Re: What Should I Do........
Not on the Coast. I grew op near Port Lavaca and never saw anything rust free over 10 yrs old. We used to come up to the Pate swap meet near Dallas every yr and were amazed at all of the nice 67-72 (mostly 71-72) trucks on used car lots up into the 90's!
