Gas Cap???

Due to the loss of $20.00 worth of fuel over the week-end I am upgrading to a locking gas cap but I'm not completely sure which one to get, vented or non-vented.

The truck is a '71 C/10. My tank has a hose that exits the filler neck about half way between the cap and the tank and goes back into the tank?

If it wasn't for hooking it up to the gas tank I'd rig up a spare coil or something and see if I could give someone a quick jolt for their trouble.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Gas Cap???

If you know someone with a parts truck, you could tow it to the same location and fill the tank with muriatic acid.
