'68 gmc
Hey all,
I'm new here as well. I just picked up a 68 GMC over the weekend and drove it 7 hours home. I then blew the tranny yesterday (saginaw 4speed). I love the car still and will be back on the road by the end of this week if not sooner. This looks like a great site. Here are some pictures. |

Re: '68 gmc
It was from Tennesee until a year ago, so the rust is minimal. The guy I got it from kept it garaged at all times. The bed needs a patch as do the bottom of the doors behind the skins. Other than that, the cab looks brand new underneath, the frame is a little dirty but rust free, and the motor is brand new, bored .60 over, edelbrock cam, intake, carb, and brand new headers and exhaust system. I'm really happy with it. I'll post more pictures tomorrow.
