Re: spray bed liner
Probably next to impossible. I would try a really tough twisted wire brush on a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. Even then, the stuff would probably be crazy hard to get off. You'd probably never get it all. It's really really really not meant to come off!!

Re: spray bed liner
it was in my truck when I bought it it was a nightmare to remove ,it was the cheap stuff from the local paint store I tried paint stripper which was somewhat effective but had to sandblast to remove it completely ....if it is line x or rhino I'm not sure it is possible to remove it

Re: spray bed liner
I tried to remove some cheap spray in liner once, I gave up after hours of getting no where. GOOD LUCK.

Re: spray bed liner
on my ford ranger i bought in august it came with a spray in liner. which needed to come out to raise the bed floor up and do other modifications so here is what i did...
i went under the bed rail, there it wasnt sprayed up to the top all the way making it easier to start the "peeling" process. then i just used a box cutter to slice sections, a flat head screwdriver to peel it up some, then i used vise grips to pull it up! was a PITA but it eventually came up within a couple hrs total. the tools finished product!!
